With beautiful licensed ceremony spaces, views across the Thames from our Melrose Room, seasonal British food and our legendary Jazz Room waiting for the afterparty, we have everything you need to make a whole day of it. You bring your favourite people; we’ll help take care of the rest.

Begin with your ceremony in one of our licensed wedding spaces, raise your first glass of fizz, settle in for a beautiful wedding breakfast and then let the celebrations evolve as the day goes on. When dinner is done and speeches have been made, head into our historic Jazz Room, where the stage is ready for a DJ or live band.
From first toast to final late-night bite, our events team will be there to make the day flow seamlessly.
Yes. Registrars are arranged independently, so couples will need to book directly with the local registrar’s office and cover any associated fees themselves. Our team can help with the venue side of the planning, but the registrar booking is handled separately.
Yes. You’re welcome to bring your own table decorations and personal touches to make the space feel like yours. We just ask that no confetti is used and that decorations aren’t attached directly to the walls.
Yes. The Bull’s Head is a licensed wedding venue in Barnes, with the Melrose Room and Bolan Room both available for civil ceremonies. The Melrose Room is especially popular for its Thames views and natural light, while the Bolan Room offers a warmer, more intimate setting.
Yes. You can host your ceremony, wedding breakfast, drinks reception and evening celebration all at The Bull’s Head. Many couples choose to move into our historic Jazz Room for the evening, where you can have a live band or DJ and continue the celebrations late into the night.
Yes. The Bull’s Head offers a selection of wedding packages with drinks receptions, canapés, three-course menus, wine, toasts and late-night bites. Seasonal sample menus are available in our wedding pack, and our team can also cater for dietary requirements when discussed in advance.
