With tall ceilings with an abundance of natural light and charm the Melrose Room is versatile – tables can be set for large or small groups, seated or standing and with plenty of space for a dance floor, band or any other entertainment you would like for your special day.

With a direct view to the open pass, The Bolan Room’s added feature is the theatre of the open pass and being able to see into the heart of where our delicious dishes are created,

Our iconic Jazz Room is a slice of history on the river. Licenced until 1am on Fridays and Saturdays and with a stage for either a DJ or band, dance the night away here and make memories to last a lifetime. Jamie Cullum, Mick Jagger and Ronnie Scott have all performed in our Jazz Room so if you want to celebrate amongst history, the Jazz Room is for you.

How many people can you host a Wedding Ceremony for?

We can host up to 40 guests seated for your Wedding Ceremony in our upstairs Melrose Room. With flexibility on the layout for your ceremony, we can set up the room just how you like.

Do I need to book my own Registrar?

Yes you do, you can book your Registrar HERE, do make sure that our Melrose Room is available first as Richmond Council will need to know where your ceremony will be taking place before confirming your Registrar.

Can we decorate the room?

Absolutely! Our private rooms and riverside views are already pretty beautiful so they don’t require a lot but you are more than welcome to dress the tables and fireplaces how you wish. We just ask that you don’t stick anything to our walls.

Do you allow an external caterer?

No, however our wonderful Head Chef loves bringing to life your foodie vision for your special day and would love to work closely with you to offer a bespoke menu on the day.

Can I have live music?

In our upstairs Melrose Room you are more than welcome to have an acoustic act but if you would prefer a full band with speakers, we recommend booking your after party in our iconic Jazz Room with a licence until 1am.

Is there wheelchair access for the Melrose Room

Our main bar is fully accessible however sadly our Melrose Room is located up a flight of stairs with no lift available.
